Should have a bachelor’s degree in Law and having 1.5 -2 years post qualification experience in title / legal due diligence and Real Estate Transactions.
The scope of work includes scrutiny of title documents and preparing Title and Search Reports for Banks and NBFCs related to Construction Finance/Project funding and/or Retail finance cases related to Mumbai/ Maharashtra/ PAN India and also having basic understanding and experience of Legal Audit and vetting of documents.
